The granule is similar to plastic granule, so it is very suitable to injection or extrusion while mixed with plastic granule.Compared with powder antistatic agent, the HBS-300 antistatic agent is more environmental friendly, and it is propitious to improve the production efficiency. The input ratio is lower than other products.The norm input ratio is 0.1-1.5%. The indication addition level in PP is 0.5-1.0%, and in PE is 0.2-0.5%. The addition level should be adjusted by customer’s practical situation.Advantages in machining:1.
