The machine adopts digital-timing control technique; both welding time and cent-control welding are composed of PLC digital program system. It adopts colorful input touch screen, and can transfer the screen between Chinese and English easily, which makes the operation more intelligently and reasonable. The line-wire has been pre-straightened and pre-cut. The step motor will send the line-wire to the welding place accurately. The fallen weft structure adopts step motor system. Meanwhile, the drawing structure adopts high-power step motor, which makes the mesh opening much more accurately. Our high-quality cylinders provides the welding pressure, which makes the range of pressure much more widely and the adjust of the pressure is much more convenience.
