Application

Working Principle
The whole system of the machine works under the vacuum situation. Firstly the dirty oil is injected into the heater, which heats the oil at a low temperature (20-100 C) under vacuum condition, which can avoid the broken of the high temperature. Secondly, The machine equips three grades filters, primary filter, water separator (secondary filter) and fine filter, which can remove the impurity effectively; the treated oil cleanness can reach to the NAS 6 standard (ISO 4406 15/12). Thirdly the machine equips the special water separator, it breaks emulsification and remove the mass water effectively. (break emulsification: New oil≤15min,running oil≤30min). Finally the oil will via the process of the vacuum separating, the vacuum separator adopts 3D-Evaporation technical, thin film evaporation remove the trace water, soluble water, gas and acid, completely under the vacuum situation.
