"Reimei"(meaning " dawn") is the first Japanese refined Sake that was born in sub-tropical island of Okinawa, southern tip of Japan. It was believed that no one made it possible to produce Japanese refined Sake in hot Okinawa because it calls for cold temperatures. After long studies and tries and errors with assist of Reimei Brewery in Nagasaki, at last Japanese refined sake was created from Okinawa.
