Ferric Pyrophosphate is light yellow powder, emulsified after water dissolving. It is soluble in inorganic acid. Its molecular formular is Fe4(P2O7)3.8H2o and molecular weight is 745.22.
Ferric Pyrophosphate can be widely used in dairy products, flour, rice flour, edible salt, health products and medicine.
