JF Series,Mechanical Chuck

The JF mechanical chuck is designed with three large external sliding chunks. It uses the chunk-inserting cone structure inside. The axial movement of the inner inserting chunks promotes the expansion of the external sliding chunks, and the expanding sliding chunks then tighten the paperboard core and realize self-centering.
JF mechanical chunk can reduce core damage. The paperboard core can be used repeatedly, thus can lower production cost.

Shaftless design for quick and efficient reeling and unreeling.
Excellent paperboard core holding and tightening realized by the sliding chunks with large contact area and high stability, to avoid problems such like slipping, loosening, core breakage and etc.
The locking force reinforced by special convex-concave texture of the sliding chunks.
The inner cone surface designed without idle stroke to provide stable starting and stopping tension force.
The supporting springs provides accurate torque transmission for safe and prolonged operation.
The structure can be reset automatically after being loosened.
Special excellent alloy steel material is adopted with great durability for high load capacity.
