Zr02 is the basic material of Zirconia foam ceramic filter washer which with 1760°C high-temperature resistance and has the characterisitics of high intensity and fine high-temperature resistance impact force. The cast steel accessory is applied for the need of high intensity and extend rate, which has high sensitivity for the defect caused by impurity. The steel liquid can be full filled in the cavity equably. During pouring, the melting metal owns the high trend of turbulence, 3 d stereoscopic configuration turbulence could be finally transferred into steady laminar flow which has better filling performance, so that the impact and corrosion of casting modeling cavity from metal liquid and cut down the waste rate obviously.
