External Packaging: carton
Process craft: Selection; cleaning; washing: this stage using vinegar sodium sulfate to disinfect & control the quantity of microorganisms (bacteria) , after blanching, then frozen. The purpose of blanching here is to let the oxygen out of the fruits and vegetables to prevent frozen fruits and vegetables from oxidation, discoloration.
Transportation: 40FT , 24 tons , the temperature of the container: -18 degrees.
The products have got the cert of HACCP, BRC, IFS, EUREGAP, ISO9001, we export the goods to Japan, Europe, America etc. And have got good reputation in the international market.
