Water-jet cutting uses the power of high-pressure to cut through material. The water can also be combined with an abrasive to expand the cutting ability to composites, metal and other dense materials. Water-jet produces clean edge, precise contours, complicated shapes, sharp angles and corners without warping, cracking due to no heat involved in the process. It works equally well for any materials such as steel, glass, plastics, fiberglass, graphite and composite etc. The SSD-A equiped with the 5X Intensifier Pump fabricated by Flow International Corporation in the USA. The 5X pump is available in 30,000 psi(2040 bar),40,000psi(2720 bar), and 55,000 psi(3740bar) output water pressure ratings with one intensifier.
The SSD-B equiped with the HZ40 intensifier made in China. It produces 40,000 psi(2720 bar) high pressure output water.
All the SSD-A or SSD-B water-jet cutting system adopt the long-life nozzle and orifice made in the USA.
