1-MCP ethlene inhibition mechanism
That can irreversibly effect the ethylene receptor,block the normal combination with ethylene and restrain a series of guided physiology biochemistry reaction. Extension the storage time of fruits and vegetables to 50~200%.Compared to the traditional ethylene inhibitor of STS, 2,5-norbornadiene and AVG, 1-MCP has the advantages of non-toxic, low quantity and high efficiency.
