We use updated software such as Master-cam, Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG, Solid-works ,etc to design mold and adopt the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE programs to control the CNCS when operating, and installed automatic machineries such as CNC and EDM to process the components or molds, which help us to guarantee the reliable quality according to our customer\'s different demands. During processing the molds, our QC will check the dimensions of mold components carefully, as a result we can control the mold accuracy within our client\'s required tolerance.
We have the following precision equipments: 3 set of CNC; 6 set of EDM;5 set of Wire-Cut machineries,13 set of Injection machineries,14set of Milling machines,2 set of Grinding machines,2 set of Lathes and so on.
