Tire Pyrolysis Plant

Our technology is based on 20 ton per day modules. We have determined a minimum plant size of 60 tons per day and, ideally, 100 tons per day of processing capacity to enjoy economies of scale and to maximize your returns. The pyrolysis process will reclaim approximately 1.5 gallons of diesel oil, eight (8) pounds of carbon char, and two (2) pounds of steel and non-condensable gas from each 20 pound passenger waste car tire processed.

CTSTC is pleased to provide you with this proposal and specifications for a 20 TPD Project Universe Thermal Conversion Smart System. Our thermal conversion system has been designed and engineered to meet US standards (environmental/emissions, safety, fire protection, insurance requirements). To further ensure that your project is successful, your purchased equipment will be shipped directly to our assembly plant and will be assembled and tested operationally and functionally. The system will also be subjected to a battery of QA/QC assessments. The system will then be dissembled and shipped to your location as a modularized unit (i.e. Plug & play). Certificate of origin for all CTSTC equipment will be from the USA with applicable warranties. Delivery time will be approximately 230 days from the receipt of the down payment.
