The multi-pipe type UHT pasteurizer
The multi-pipe type UHT pasteurizer adopts flat ,horizontal and helical sleeve pipes and its heat-transferring coefficient is close to the Plate-type ones. However, it features with higher pressure proof and easier access for cleaning. The materail(milk,beverage,etc) is pumped into heat exchanger and then homogenized after its temperature is raised to 60 to 70¡æ. After homgenization, the milk is heated to 90¡æ for protein stabilizing, and then the temperature will reach 120 to 137 ¡æ for UHT sterilizing. Finally, the milk is cooled to 25 to 40¡æ and prepared for filling station.
