Evergreen Products Factory was founded by Mr. Chang Chih Lung (張之龍) in 1962. EPF Ltd is principally engaged in manufacturing and trading of hair products such as wigs, toupees, hairpieces and hair accessories.
Mr. Chang started trading wigs with his friends at the time where the wig business was booming. The experience led him to become one of the leading wig manufacturers in Hong Kong and his well-developed relationship with clients allows him to deal with some of the best known international companies, such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart and Conair in USA and Kaneka Corporation and Denka Corporation in Japan.
