Flange type metal sealed butterfly valve
(Three-dimensional eccentric multi-layer)
With use of the most advanced know-how of both at home and abroad, this valve is designed to be a three-dimensional eccentric multi-layer dual-way hard-sealed butterfly valve and suitable for petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, coal gas, gas, construction, municipal works etc. trades, with the suited medium temperature ≤600°C
Features:
1) Compact structure, small volume, light weight, flexible operation and easy repair.
2) Use the three-dimensional eccentric principle for design, the butterfly board’s seal-ring is formed as soft-hard layers pile-up metal sheet, features the dual merits of both metal hard seal and elastic seal and, whether in a low or high temperature, keeps a reliable property without leak.
3) The seal surface is made of build-up welding of Co-based hard alloy, wearable.
4) With use of the three-dimensional eccentric structure, there is almost no friction between valve seat and butterfly board, resulting in a long duration.
