The GL series Automatic Dry Granulator are applied with the latest technology. Dry granulating is a latest granulating technology, which is one technology of 'one step of granulating'. In the granulator process, the dry drug powder are feeded into the granulator; the powder is extruded into grain. There does not need liquid adhesive (impregnant - alcohol, water, plasm of fecula etc.); and does not need to dry step after granulating. GL Automatic dry Granulator provide method avoid the pollution of exhaust gas & liquid and save cost of adhesive. Meanwhile the whole produce process is full sealing, the produce process is more safety. In the granulating process, the temperature of powder is low; that resolve material lose efficacy or agglomerate in high temperature. The granulator is suitalbe to the GMP standard. All the part, touch with material, are manufactured by stainless steel. GL granulator are widly used in fine chemical, food industry, and pharmaceutical.
