High pressure grinding mill:
High pressure grinding mill is widely applied in ultra-fine grinding of more than 280 kinds of materials in mining, metallurgical, chemical and constructional industries, especially for the non-flammable and explosive materials of no more than 9.3 of Mohs’ hardness scale and below 6% of moisture like quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, etc. It’s mainly composed of the main engine, speed reducer, analytical engine, pipeline, blower, dust catcher, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electrical control system, etc.
Ores should be firstly crushed by jaw crusher. Then, crushed materials will be sent to the storage bin by the elevator and to the grinding chamber evenly by the vibrating feeder. The materials falling to the bottom will be shoveled by the shovel blade and rolled between the grinding roller and bull ring. The fan blows into grinding chamber through volute. Fine powder is blown into the analytical engine for wind selection. Those unqualified will fall back for regrinding while the qualified will flow into the cyclone collector of finished products with the air flow and is discharged from the discharging outlet separating with the air which becomes the finished products. Some water vapor will be produced when grinding some materials with certain moisture. Little air leakage of the whole pipeline makes it possible for the air intake which increases the systematical circulating air volume and guarantees the operation under the negative pressure. The unnecessary air volume will enter into bag dust catcher for purification and be discharged into the air.
High pressure grinding mill is mainly composed of the main engine, fan, classifier, cyclone collector, dust catcher and connection air pipeline. The complete equipment includes elevator, storage bin, feeder, crusher, integrated electric control, etc.
