Three-rings micro Mill
Three-rings micro Mill is an equipment which produce thin powder and super thin powder, be applicable middle and low rigidity. It can product powder form various non-flammable and non-explosive minerial with Mohs’ hardness below 6,such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, steatite, mica, magnesite, meerschaum, diatomite, barite,gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, floatstone, ect.
Working Principle
Mill’s motor let rotary table circumgyrate by speed reducer, rollers are driven by the connection axes of rotary table. Big materials are broken into small ones by hammer-crusher, then put into the storage cabinet by bucket elevator, materials are equably transferred to the middle of the rotary table by vibrating feeder. Materials can be disseminated to the circle by centrifugal effect， then fall into the ball-race and grinded into powder. The materials fall into the second and third floor after the first crush. High pressure centrifugal blower inhales outer-air which can put the grinded powder into separator.
Worm wheel of separator make bigger particle fall into grinder chamber again, and the smaller particle go into the cyclone collector and the finest powder are discharged by discharge-opening. Air current with little powder can be discharged by blower and noise-reducer after pulse dust clean process.

Axletree seat and effuser air-in are bulid in the main seat, the antrum of mill is on effuser air-in, One set of multi-layer rotary tables mounted on main shaft lies in and rubs one of shells middle part, couple rollers are on every dial, Rub of shell circumference is it roll ring of rubing of line to have , a third class gear reducer in the main seat, turbo-classifier is fixed on upper case of antrum mill.
