I、Our company have designing and processing of ability and we can manufacture the various kinds Melted-zinc-bath of specifications and shapes, and we also can produce the machine equipment, for example, there are a lot of Stamping dies and stretching dies ect., and there are many advance weld equipments, the quality of the welding seam by use of the arc scarfing.

II、According to customers requirement, we can process common or special melted-zinc-bath with different length, depth, width, weight no more than 100 tons, and thickness 40-30mm, for example, flat, round, diamond, trapezoid or silo melted zinc baths, but the steel plate’s thickness must be from 50mm to 60mm.

III、The melted-zinc-baths are welded with plate steel in supersonic, passing GB4730-94 Standard. The class of weld seam is, Qualified products is up to grade “Ⅱ”
