EYH Two Dimensional Motion Mixer

INTRODUCTION
The EYH two dimensional motion mixer manly consists of three parts----rotating cylinder, swinging rack and mixer bed. The rotating cylinder lies on the swinging rack and is supported by four wheels. Two stopping wheels are employed to assure the axial position. Two of the four wheels are driving ones responsible for the work of rotating cylinder driven by power system. The swinging rack is driven by a set of crank-rocker mechanism built in the mixer bed. The swinging rack is supported by bearing assemblies.
 
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The rotating cylinder of EYH two dimensional mixer is capable of conducting two rotating movements at the same time in which one is its rotation and the other is its rolling followed by the swinging rack. Materials mixed inside will be rotated when the cylinder is rotating and will be mixed from left to right and vice versa when the cylinder is rotating. As a result, materials inside the cylinder can be fully mixed in a short period of time. EYH dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing powder material and granule material.
