Polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is a new generation of high performance superplasticizer. With this product, concrete has high slump retention, slumps keep unchanged within 30min and loss little in 1h; It improves the liquidity of concrete greatly with this product, makes the concrete keep long time construction performance, as well as ameliorates its peaceability andphysics performance, improving construction quality.

Particularly applicable to projects with requirements of preparing concrete construction time is long and high slump retention demanding, such as nuclear power engineering.
Usage Instruction
1、The dosage of Polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder is 0.16~0.3% of gelled materials. Test should be done before using to determine the best dosage.
Concrete composition: The mixture of cement, fly ash, mineral powder, sand, stone. Cement, fly ash and mineral powder is called gelled material; The mixture of sand, stone is called aggregate.
2、 According to the concrete design requirements, adjust the use of water and sand ratio according to the experiment. Make the slump, strength, condensation situation all meet the requirements.
3、This product can be mixed in concrete with water together, the performance is better to dissolve it in water before mix it in concrete.

Advantage
1) According to the design of concrete, adjust quantity the water or sand to make sure the slumps, strength, setting all to meet with requirements base on the required dosage of admixture.
2) It applies to concrete with high performance, strength and fluidity. When make C50 concrete, it should choose the suitable material according to relative technology rule and confirm the suitable mixing technology base on enough test data. To make sure the fluidity of concrete can meet with the requirements of engineering, the strength of concrete should have surplus.
3) This product can be added into concrete together with water which is used in mixing. But it will get better performance if mix it with water firstly.
