H2SO4 Sulfuric acid plant with DCS control system
The plant shall be able to operate at least 330 days/year it shall be capable of operating either at 40% or 110% of the rated capacity.
The plant shall use elemental sulphur with a single train of equipment, using double contact process. Using vanadium penta oxide as a catalyst, and should be based on the most technically and economically up-to date feasible process.
