Equipments for the hydrostatic testing of GRP pipes with diameters form 300 to 3000 mm, according to the BS 5480 standards appendix K and M, pressure of 2. 5 to 30 bars, capable of handling pipe lengths from 6 to 12 meters with the set of sleeve plugs on pipes up to DN 3000.

Technical details are as follows:
1. Machine capacity: 300mm to 2600mm;
2. Testing pressure: 300mm to 1600mm is 32 bars; > 1600mm is 20 bars.
3. Pipe length: 6-12meters;
4. Supporting tables: 4 numbers with one cylinder at the center and two guides at both ends.
5. The machine has hydraulic cylinders to move the testing plate by 800 mm from the tail side of the machine.
6. The machine should include testing plates for the full range (300 to 2600mm).
7. Computer controlled and manual controlled;
PLC system is from Mitsubishi/Siemens/Omron
8. Sealing components of hydraulic system are from EATON/HYVA/YUKEN
