Blue Curacao Smoothie

Ingredient:
1. A bag of Mango Tapioca Pearl
2. Blue Curacao Conc. Juice
3. Strawberry Jam + Pulp
4. Sunny Popping Ball-Green Apple Flavor
5. Frappe Powder

Machine & equipment used:
1. Shaker
2. Ice Making Machine
3. Ice Shaving Machine

Recipe:
1. Microwave a bag of mango tapioca pearls.
2. Put blue curacao concentrated juice, ice cubes and frappe powder into a blender.
3. Add water in and then turn on the blender.
4. Put mango tapioca pearls,blue curacao smoothie and crushed ice into the cup in sequence.
5. Garnish and serve.
