1. Machine overall description

This 1325 model wood cnc machine is mainly used to wood cutting and carving. It not only can produce various flat 2d products also can produce 3d products. Because our 1325 woodworking machine can be divided into 3 axis and 4 axis machines, it can meet various production needs of customers. Below are pictures of the two machines.

2. Machine Details

(1) Machine Spindle

This machine use GDZ or HQD brand water cooling or Air Cooling Spindle. The standard is 3.5KW Air Cooling Spindle, also can provide 4.5, 5.5, 6 or 9KW big power spindle according to customer’s requirement. Because we are manufacturer, so we can cuatomize for you also.

(2) Motor and Driver

Nice motor and dirver, the standard is nice stepper motor. Also can provide hypride servo motor or pure servo motor. We will introduce the suitable motor to you according to the products that you want to produce and your requirement.

(3) Control System

Ncstiudio Control system, March 3 control system, DSP Control system etc, we all can provide. Because the control system can be divided to 3 axis control system or 4 axis control system. So we will introduce the suitable control system to you according to the products that you will produce. If you want to produce 3d products, DSP A18 or 4 axis March 3 are very suitable for you.

(4) Machine Parts

About the guide, we use import Hiwin square rail, Nice brand and nice quality.
About the transmission, X, Y axis use nice rack drive, Z-axis ball screw drive.
About the software, we provide JD, Type3, Artcam or Artcut etc.
About the control box, we can provide double layer control box, you can put the computer on the top layer.

(5) Machine Structure

Three meters long heavy structure, The gantry is steel structure. So the machine is very stable when it is working. The table can bear a lot of weight, This improves not only stability but also accuracy.
