Impeller of Mission Centrifugal pump, sand pump

The impeller of this pump is open style, so the phenomenon of backflow in the closed impeller can be eliminated. The impeller is designed to reduce eddy current, radial and axial loads so that the liquid can flow smoothly. Due to no need for high-pressure washing of general pump, the wearness of the pump casing is relatively small. This design of impeller allows fluid from the impeller to mix with the returned fluid to reduce wearness of pump. The open impeller has non-exposed impeller nut or shaft thread. After impeller installation, thread protectionn is realized by an O ring. Comparing with ordinary pump, this impeller design greatly improves the service life of pump.
