NSH Vacuum Insulating Oil Purifier, use for purification and treatment of insulating oils, oil filling and drying of electrical equipment, such as transformers. This series is able to purify trace water, gas and particulate matters effectively. It is divided into three models for different practical usage:

Process Descript of Purifier
The oil to be purified is fed into system by means of differential pressure. Oil is filtered through a coarse filter to prevent any particles. Then the oil is heated through the electrical heater to the pre-selected temperature to elevate the purification effect, and directed into the vacuum chamber where it is dehydrated and degassed.
Vacuum chamber is maintained high vacuum for most efficient treatment.
By means of oil pump the oil is transferred back into the transformer through the fine filter column which filtration could be 5-1 micron.
