Hot air furnace for clay drying gas oil fired hot air genera

1. It has low heating cost, that 20% of the diesel oil, 30% of heavy oil. Use bituminous coal as fuel and the thermal efficiency is more than 90%. The coal consumption of 1 ton base powder is about 70-100kg, saving energy of 30-40% compared with that of coal gas.
2. Tigh cleanliness of the hot air, almost same as the oil-fired. The dust content is less than 80mg/Nm3, with long cleaning period. All the hot air enters into the spray tower, and no secondary pollution during the production.
3. The hot air temperature is adjustable, from 200 to 800℃, and the fluctuation range is ±5℃.
4. The equipment is of strong durability, easy maintenance and low operating cost, and under high security, no danger of explosion.
