The raw materials of latex gloves are pumped into the raw material tank by a diaphragm pump for mixing and preparation, and then transported to various locations on the latex glove production line for immersion during the operation of the production line.

First, the ceramic hand model will be cleaned with acid, alkali and water; then the model will be immersed in hot water for cleaning. After that, the clean mold needs to be immersed in coagulant and other raw materials; the dipping procedure is as follows: the cleaned mold is first immersed in hot water and heated until it is dipped in the coagulant and dried for dipping. After dipping, it is sent to the oven for preliminary drying, adding fiber inner sleeve, flushing hot water and then sending to the oven for vulcanization, drying and forming. After the gloves are demolded, they are inflated, checked, shaped at low temperature, dried at medium temperature, washed with water, dehydrated, dried, and then packed and sent to the finished product warehouse.
