Coal gasifier is also named coal gas furnace, coal gasification plant. It is specially used to convert the coal into a flammable gas, (mainly composed of CO, H2, CH4, etc.). According to different gas production technology and the quality of gas produced, the coal gasifier can be classified as single-stage coal gasifier and double-stage coal gasifier.

The product of a single-stage gasifier is also a thermal process of solid fuel (coal) through a gas (air+steam). The oxidizing substance (air, water vapor) is called a gasifying agent, and the final mixed gas containing hydrogen, a vaporized carbon, and methane is called syngas or coal gas. The single-stage gas generator designed and manufactured by our company is a single-stage gas generator with air and steam mixed as a gasifying agent. Because the principle of gasification of the furnace is reasonable; the design is simple; the investment is economic; operation is convenient and safe, the maintenance is simple, so it is more suitable for our Customers.
