Ⅰ.Production Line Introduction
PMMA solid sheet extrusion line is mainly composed of single screw extruder,T-die, three roller calender, cooling roller conveyor, cutting unit, electrical control system, etc.
1.single screw venting extruder: the screw adopts special mixing and precise temperature control system to ensure high plasticization, high output and stable extrusion of plastics.Temp Accuracy ±1 ℃: accurately controlled the plasticizing process, sheet thickness and flatness
2.T-die:double throttling design,easy to adjust the flow distribution evenly, and adjust the sheet thickness accurately.
3.Three roller calender: 45 °incline,three rollers independent temperature control,roll gap adjusted freely,to ensure calendering effect and thickness uniformity.
4.cooling roller conveyor: with cooling idler roll to ensure cooling effect.with edge trimming unit to ensure width accurately and edge quality.
