Virus sample preservation solution (decontaminant inactivati
This product is used for the collection and ambient transport of various viruses and related samples such as coronavirus, influenza virus, hand-foot-mouth virus, measles-rubella virus, etc. It rapidly inactivates viruses and enzymes, and also protects the nucleic acids of viruses from degradation at room temperature for 4 days, facilitating sample transport and off-site testing. This product has the following features.
1. Contains rapid virus inactivation reagents, which can inactivate various DNA and RNA viruses within minutes, rendering them non-infectious.
2. Highly efficient enzyme inactivation reagent, which can quickly inactivate various enzymes including DNase and RNase to remove the potential risk of nucleic acid degradation. 3.
3. Contains special nucleic acid protectors and stabilizers that allow the released viral DNA and viral RNA to be released at room temperature for 4 days without significant degradation. If more than 4 days need -20℃ storage and transportation.
