Barium sulfonate T701 Lubricant Additives

Barium petroleum sulfonate T701 is a corrosion inhibitor widely used in China at present. Generally, the addition amount is 1-10% according to different use conditions.

Appearance: chocolate brown, semi-transparent semisolid.

1, It has excellent moisture resistance, salt spray resistance, salt water resistance and water replacement performance, and has excellent rust prevention performance for a variety of metals.
2, It is suitable to be used as antirust agent in antirust grease, such as preparing replacement antirust oil, process antirust oil, storage oil, lubricating antirust dual-purpose oil and antirust grease.
3, The static corrosion test of petroleum barium sulfonate is good, and it has no corrosion effect on steel, brass, red copper, aluminum alloy, zinc and other metals. This product has good oil solubility after heating, and can be adsorbed on the metal surface to form a protective film to prevent corrosion and rust on the metal. It has good rust prevention performance for black and non-ferrous metals.
4, It is added into the rust prevention grease as a rust prevention additive to prepare replacement rust prevention oil, storage oil, lubricating rust prevention dual-purpose oil and rust prevention grease.
