The Vertical rainfall sander is used for the stuccoing of wax patterns in the investment casting industry.
The working principle is to lift the sand from the sand tank to the sand chamber by the rotating lifting belt, and the sand falls freely by its own weight to form sand rain. With the vibration motor, the sand bearing curve falls evenly, effectively preventing the sand from hitting the shell layer positively and preventing the sand from penetrating the shell layer, so as to ensure the roughness of the inner surface of the shell. It is suitable for the sand hanging function of large and small wax trees, it has the advantages of large sand area, large operation space, curved sand drop and so on. The machine has the dust removal interface, which effectively improve the working environment.
