Red high temperature tape

Red high-temperature tape is an industrial tape specially designed for high-temperature environments. It has excellent temperature resistance, adhesion and solvent resistance. It is widely used in electronics, automobiles, home appliances, coatings and other fields.
PET polyester film or PET composite red wrinkle paper is the main substrate, and some products enhance toughness through composite processes.
Coated with high-temperature resistant silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, with a temperature of up to 210℃, and does not degummize or residual glue at high temperatures.
It has high adhesion and solvent resistance. Some products have high strength characteristics of "hand tearing" due to the PET composite process.
Main application areas**
**Electronics industry**: PCB board tin spray protection, electroplating shielding, resistor and capacitor fixation, lithium battery and power bank bundling.
**Coating and spraying**: High temperature powder spraying on metal surfaces, paint shielding and protection (such as computer chassis, automotive parts).
**Industrial protection**: electrophoresis, chip element end electrode protection, release paper connection, high-temperature binding and fixing.
**Other uses**: High temperature environment shielding and insulation in home appliances and machinery manufacturing.
- **Size**: Common length is 33 meters/roll (customized to 66 meters or larger specifications), width range is 2mm-980mm.
- **Thickness**: 0.04mm-0.08mm (partial composite tape thickness is about 200μm).
- **Color and shape**: Standard is red roll, and supports die-cutting to special shapes (such as anti-static treatment or customized stickiness)
