Micronized polyethylene wax for plastic products
Micronized wax is primarily used in plastic products to enhance processing properties and surface quality, with specific applications including lubrication, demoulding, and improved flow characteristics.

Micro-wax reduces the viscosity of plastic melts, improving flowability, shortening plasticisation time, and reducing equipment wear.
Enhancing Surface Quality
Adding micronized wax yields smoother plastic surfaces, minimises friction marks, and improves aesthetics. Polyethylene micro-wax, uniformly dispersed within the substrate, enhances gloss and scratch resistance.
Specific Application Scenarios
Injection Moulding/Extrusion: Improves flow properties of filler-blended compounds and resolves surface roughness issues.
Demoulding: Reduces demoulding resistance, boosting production efficiency.
Weather resistance: Certain micro-waxes can replace conventional wax powders, suitable for high-temperature processing environments.
