FC-2024AB Automatic water sampler
The FC-2024AB dual mixing box water quality automatic sampler is designed in accordance with the new environmental protection standards HJ 353-2019 and HJ 355-2019. It can collect instantaneous water samples and mixed water samples to supply the water quality analyzer (CODCr, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen......) Measurement, etc.
Online monitoring of water pollution sources, municipal sewage discharge outlets, industrial wastewater discharge outlets.
Product features:
· Provide instantaneous water samples and mixed water samples for the analyzer;
· Large-capacity AB double boxes, each box over 5000ml, corrosion-resistant;
· Self-developed, modular design, highly integrated, low failure rate, and simple and convenient maintenance and repair.
· The power-off normally closed electric control door lock can achieve door opening and closing record and remote control, which is convenient and reliable.
· The printer outputs the current program and sampling results.
· The 7-inch true-color touch screen makes program Settings as simple and clear as using a mobile phone.
· The glass door facilitates the observation of the internal operation of the instrument.
· The AB double boxes and 24 sample bottles are all placed in a 4±2° constant temperature refrigerated box with an electrically controlled door lock to ensure the safety, consistency and non-deterioration of the water samples.
· It can be interconnected with analyzers from various domestic manufacturers and has strong adaptability.
· An optional smart cloud management platform is available.

Functions such as comparison monitoring sample retention and parallel monitoring sample retention can be achieved through local Settings or command control
Cleaning function
Automatic pipeline cleaning: It adopts the "blowing - suction - blowing" method to avoid cross-contamination of samples
Automatic cleaning of the mixing bucket: Before each sample mixing, the mixing bucket is stirred and rinsed with raw water
Switch quantity reverse control online
When the sample mixing is completed and water samples are provided to the online instrument, the online sample preparation starts through a switch quantity trigger
RS485 reverse control online
(Optional) When the sample mixing is completed and water samples are provided to the online instrument, a command is sent via the 485 network to trigger the online sample preparation, without affecting the normal communication of the original network
Mix the bucket to prevent overflow
The mixing bucket is equipped with an overflow drainage pipeline to prevent water samples from overflowing and damaging the equipment due to sampling errors
The sample retention bottle is designed to prevent overflow
When the sample retention bottle is full, an alarm should be triggered to prompt that no sample should be retained. Only after the alarm is cleared can the sample retention continue

External pump control
The sampling distance can be extended by controlling the external submersible pump or self-priming pump
Pre-start the external pump
Before starting the sampling pump, the external submersible pump or self-priming pump can be started in advance through the preset time
Water samples are stored at a constant temperature
The temperature range is adjustable from 2 to 8℃, with digital display
Power-off protection
After power failure and restart, the stored parameters and data will not be lost
