GT-FM48 (double guide tubes 6-48 station) MGO powder filling machine, is designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of imported similar machines.

The machine is controlled by PLC and Human machine interface (HMI/touch screen), and add guide rail and rotary clamping mechanism.

It can make 6-48 different stations, custom according to customers requirement, different diameters, different length.

At present the max filling length can up to 8000mm, and max filling diameter is Φ28.5mm.

Due to use PLC and encoder counting device, it can set the length on the machine easily, just enter the actual length need to fill (length of the empty pipe) on the touch screen, the machine will adjust automatically, the adjustment is quicker and more accurate.

Besides, the position during filing will be more accurate. There is helical nozzle inside the guide tubes, the exposed of mandrel (hook) can be adjusted by the motor. It is a recommend filling machines for tubular heaters.
