Product Introduction
The I to P Convertor EPC-1110 is a high-reliability electrical-pneumatic conversion device designed for power plant automation control systems. It converts standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mA DC) into corresponding pneumatic pressure signals, serving as a key link between electronic control systems and pneumatic actuators. This convertor is applied at Bhilai Expansion Power, with a rugged industrial design suitable for continuous operation in high-vibration, dusty, and temperature-fluctuating industrial environments of thermal power units.

Product Features
Supports 4-20mA DC input signal and 20-100KPa positive-acting output signal, with basic error and hysteresis both ≤1% for precise signal conversion
Built-in pneumatic power amplifier, enabling maximum air flow up to 7.6m³/h (at 175KPa supply) to accelerate the response speed of pneumatic actuators
Aluminum alloy housing with spray coating, IP65 protection rating, resistant to dust, water splash, and mechanical impact in harsh power plant environments
Wide operating range: ambient temperature -30℃~60℃, air supply pressure 140-700KPa, adapting to complex on-site conditions
Available in intrinsic safety (ExiaIICT6) and explosion-proof (ExdIIBT5) versions, compatible with DCS/PLC systems for seamless integration
