Product Introduction
The Transformer Winding Temperature BWR-06J(TH) is a dedicated temperature monitoring device designed for power transformer winding temperature detection in power plants. It adopts the thermal simulation principle, combining the actual top oil temperature of the transformer with the load current to accurately reflect the real-time temperature of the winding, providing critical data for transformer over-temperature protection and safe operation. This device is applied at Barauni Power, with a rugged design suitable for continuous operation in high-voltage, electromagnetic interference, and temperature-fluctuating industrial environments of power transformer rooms.

Product Features
Integrates winding temperature measurement and oil temperature monitoring, with measurement range 0℃~150℃ and accuracy ±1℃ for reliable data output
Supports current transformer (CT) signal input, automatically compensating for load current impact to simulate actual winding temperature
Equipped with multiple alarm contacts (high temperature alarm, ultra-high temperature trip) to trigger protection measures in time
Rugged metal housing with IP54 protection rating, resistant to electromagnetic interference, dust, and humid environments in transformer rooms
Compatible with power plant DCS and PLC systems via analog output (4-20mA), enabling remote monitoring and data recording
