The Bladder NXQ-A-25/20-L-Y is a key component for accumulators in power plant hydraulic systems. Fault Judgment Methods
Observe pressure drop rate: Normal accumulators drop ≤0.5 MPa in 24 hours; a 3 MPa drop in half a day indicates possible gasket leakage at the air filling valve interface (test with soapy water for bubbles).
Disassemble and inspect: Unscrew the air filling valve, take out the gasket, and check for deformation, cracks or hardened oil stains (signs of failure).

Replacement & Installation Steps
Release accumulator pressure, unscrew the inflation valve, and pry out the old gasket with a flathead screwdriver.
Soak the new gasket in fire-resistant oil for 10 minutes to soften, then align with the valve seat groove and tap flat gently.
Reinstall the inflation valve (tighten clockwise to resistance, then half a turn more with a wrench; avoid over-tightening).
Pressurize with nitrogen and test: A ≤0.3 MPa drop in 24 hours is acceptable.
