Unstable pressure of the main pump can cause unit malfunctions, so stable operation relies on three key aspects: smooth oil suction, proper pressure adjustment, and reliable backup support.

Key Maintenance Points for FRD.WJA9.047A Main Oil Pump
Ensure smooth oil suction: Prevent clogging of the oil suction port filter screen. Check the differential pressure gauge weekly; replace the filter screen when differential pressure exceeds 0.3MPa. Clogging leads to insufficient oil suction, pressure fluctuations, and cavitation of the pump.
Proper pressure adjustment: Adjust the pump outlet overflow valve appropriately, setting the pressure 0.5MPa higher than the system working pressure (e.g., 14.5MPa for a 14MPa system) to release excess pressure and avoid overpressure. Install a pressure compensator to automatically adjust pump displacement with oil flow changes, maintaining stable pressure.
Reliable backup and lubrication: Equip a backup pump linked with FRD.WJA9.047A, which starts automatically when main pump pressure drops below 13MPa. Conduct monthly linkage tests to ensure backup reliability. Regularly lubricate the pump bearings and control oil temperature between 30-50℃ to prevent overheating.
