Key Maintenance Points for FRD.WJA3.002 Solenoid Valve
Filter impurities effectively: Impurities in oil are the root cause of jamming. Equip the FRD.WJA3.002 oil inlet with a 10-micron fine filter screen, and remove and clean it every 6 months. Avoid addressing issues only when the screen is completely clogged.
Perform regular manual tests: Stretch the solenoid valve regularly and conduct a monthly manual test—power on and off the FRD.WJA3.002 and listen to the sound. A crisp click indicates normal operation; a muffled sound or no response means disassembly and cleaning are needed. Polish the valve core with fine sandpaper, avoiding scratches from hard objects.
Ensure correct installation and routine checks: Follow the arrow mark on the solenoid valve to install it in the correct oil flow direction; reverse installation leads to insufficient pressure and malfunction. Secure the wiring tightly to prevent unstable power supply and intermittent operation. During routine inspections, check the indicator light—it should turn red when powered on and off when powered off. If the light is on but the valve doesn’t operate, first check the voltage, then disassemble the valve core.
