Fault Troubleshooting for D634-319C DDV Valve

- Coil fault alarm: First, check the DEH system alarm code. Use a multimeter to measure the D634-319C coil resistance (normal range: 20-30 ohms). Infinite resistance indicates a broken coil; resistance below 10 ohms means a short circuit—replace the coil directly. If resistance is normal, check the control card output voltage; no voltage indicates a faulty card.

- Valve core stuck alarm: Send a 10% throttle command to the DDV valve and touch the valve stem for slight vibration. No vibration confirms jamming—remove the valve and clean it with fire-resistant oil. Polish shallow wear marks on the valve core with a fine oilstone for reuse. If vibration is normal but feedback is inaccurate, replace the feedback sensor.

- Control signal abnormality alarm: Disconnect the D634-319C control signal cable and insert a spare control card. If the alarm clears, the original card is faulty. If the alarm persists, check for signal cable interference and whether it is bundled with the power cable. The self-diagnostic function narrows faults to coil, valve core or card, enabling problem location in 20 minutes.
