Pre-Replacement Preparation
Prepare dedicated tools in advance: puller, seal mounting sleeve, torque wrench.
Do not use regular wrenches for disassembly to avoid damaging the pump shaft.
Preheat new seals: soak 02-125801-3C in 40℃ fire-resistant oil for 10 minutes.
Softened seals are easier to install, improving replacement smoothness.

Old Seal Removal & Cavity Cleaning
Use a puller to clamp the outer ring of the old seal.
Turn the puller screw clockwise to slowly pull out the old seal.
Avoid forced removal to prevent damage to the pump shaft sealing section.
Clean the sealing cavity with a cloth; do not use sandpaper.
Prevent cavity wall scratches that affect new seal performance.

New Seal Installation & Post-Check
Use the sealing sleeve to place the new seal on the pump shaft.
Gently tap the sleeve end face to push the seal to the cavity bottom.
Tighten the gland with a torque wrench, following instructions (generally 15 N•m).
Avoid over-tightening; no need to disassemble the entire pump body.
Only remove the pump end cover; two people can finish in 40 minutes (saves 2 hours).
Post-replacement: Rotate the machine several times before starting the pump.
Start the pump and check for leaks to ensure sealing effect.
