Bladder NXQ-A-6.3/31.5-L-Y is a key pressure-stabilizing component for transformer systems, matching the YSF9-55/130DSKJTHB transformer pressure relief valve. Preventing valve false activation relies on accurate pressure setting and reliable vibration resistance.

Accurate Pressure Setting
Do not set pressure too sensitively; base it on the transformer’s rated pressure.
Example relief pressure: 130 kPa (standard for this valve).
Commission with a pressure pump, increasing pressure slowly.
Valve should activate just at 130 kPa; no activation below 120 kPa.
Avoid false activation caused by oil temperature-induced pressure fluctuations.
