Sealing Surface Preparation & Inspection
80FJ-1.6P adopts stainless steel-to-stainless steel hard seal.

Grind scratches manually with abrasive until smooth to the touch.

Proper Opening & Closing Operations
Close the valve without brute force: turn handwheel clockwise to resistance.
Turn an additional 1/4 turn with a wrench; do not fully tighten.

Open the valve counterclockwise to maximum, then turn back 1/2 turn.
Prevent valve stem jamming with the reverse 1/2 turn.
