Key Measures for DBDS15GL10/10 Stable Operation
- Accurate Pressure Setting: Use a dedicated pressure adjusting wrench (not adjustable wrench). Turn clockwise to increase pressure, counter-clockwise to decrease. Monitor the pressure gauge during adjustment; lock the knob with a lock nut after reaching the set value to prevent vibration-induced pressure drift.
- Installation & Impurity Prevention: The valve core has pressure compensation to auto-adjust opening with oil flow. Follow the arrow for oil flow direction; reverse installation prevents pressure buildup. Clean the oil inlet filter regularly to avoid valve core clogging from impurities.
- Routine Inspection & Calibration: Check the pressure gauge; if fluctuation exceeds ±0.5 MPa, inspect oil cleanliness, polish valve core wear marks with fine sandpaper, reassemble and recalibrate. Conduct monthly pressure tests by sudden flow increase—no significant fluctuation indicates stable pressure.
