The machine body is welded with large-section cold-formed rectangular profiles, providing high rigidity, shock absorption and deformation resistance.
The feeding system adopts variable frequency speed control, which is simple and reliable.
The main frame is made by profile welding and filled with special shock-absorbing material inside the profiles, ensuring stable operation of the whole machine.
High-precision lifting structure is adopted.
Key components are manufactured with internationally advanced welding-free technology.
Sanding precision is ±0.05 mm.
