IHF single-stage single-suction steel-lined fluoroplastic, polypropylene and other chemical centrifugal pumps (IHF centrifugal pumps for short) are designed according to international standards and combined with the process of non-metallic pumps, and manufactured with tortoiseshell mesh lining technology. Compared with other similar pumps, IHF centrifugal pumps have the advantages of anti-falling and anti-cracking lining. The pump body is made of metal shell lined with polytetrafluoroethylene propylene (F46), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polypropylene (PP), etc. The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastics and sintered and pressed as a whole. The shaft seal is an externally mounted mechanical seal with excellent sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. The actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, tight and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, long service life, etc., compared with the all-plastic anti-corrosion pump made of surrounding materials. It also has the advantages of good creep resistance, installation performance and thermal deformation resistance.

The pump has been widely used in the transportation of corrosive media in chemical production, the transportation of electrolyte in nonferrous metal smelting and pharmaceutical, petroleum, electricity, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, paper making, food, textile, smelting, titanium dioxide, salt chemical, potassium compound fertilizer and other industries. It can transport sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent and other strong corrosive media of any concentration for a long time.
